More than just comfortable!
The Saltaire sleeps 14 in 6 custom-decorated guest rooms (Bridal Suite, Yellow Room, Blue Room, Green Room, Twin Room and Bunk Room) with private baths. There is an elevator to assist older or handicapped persons to upper levels.
If you need to find overnight accommodations for larger groups, ask us for assistance in reserving nearby rental homes or hotel rooms on the Outer Banks.
Family & Group Vacation Rental Rates
- Daily Rate: $1,416 includes all taxes and use of the entire house, pool, and grounds, including six guest rooms with accommodations for up to 14 persons (Check-in 4 p.m., Check-out 10 a.m.)
- Weekly Rate: $9,912 includes all taxes and use of the entire house, pool, and grounds, including six guest rooms with accommodations for up to 14 persons (Check-in 4 p.m. Wednesday, Check-out 10 a.m. Wednesday)
- Optional Daily Maid Service: $120 per day which does not include cleaning the kitchen area.
- Optional Small Event Fee where food and drink will be served such as breakfasts, brunch, luncheons, dinners or parties: $350 for events with up to 14 guests; rates for events with more than 14 guests adjusted based on number of guests.
- Optional Large Event (50 or more guests) Fee: $3,000 includes all taxes, tables, chairs and place settings (dinnerware, glassware and silverware) for up to 125 guests, plus post event clean-up. (Click here for details about what is included).
