Ron and June Forlano, owners of The Saltaire, have been successful business owners and residents of the Outer Banks since 1985. We established The Saltaire in 2005 in recognition of the Outer Banks as one of the country’s most desirable locations for vacations and special events. Most importantly, they wanted to create a special venue with personalized accommodations that cannot be found elsewhere on the beach.
The Forlanos have extensive knowledge of the area and the support network required to deliver a successful event for you. As your hosts, we will guide you to these services during your planning process, and will welcome you upon arrival to orient you to all the amenities The Saltaire has to offer.
