The house is available to rent for short stays and for half-week rentals whenever availability allows. The Saltaire House is ideal for couples, families and employee groups of all sizes taking mini-vacations together, who want the comfort, privacy and personalized service of an upscale private home. Guests will enjoy the entire house and property exclusively during their stay, including the Living Room with Baby Grand Piano, Gourmet Kitchen, Pub Room, and Theater Room with game tables on the bottom level.
County and local laws prohibit the operation of The Saltaire House as an inn or bed and breakfast. Yet we recognize the desire for couples and families to enjoy our amazing property for short-term stays. Our response is to create a rental option unique to the Outer Banks market, by dropping the 7-day rental requirement and basing rates for use of the entire house on the number of bedrooms used during the stay.
Whether you are a couple celebrating a special event, a small family in town only for two nights, or a group of girlfriends getting away together in the middle of the week, The Saltaire offers affordable, flexible luxury accommodation options.
The house offer up to five Guest Suites, each finely appointed with comfortable antiques, quality linens and en suite bath. Rooms are spacious, warm and inviting. Guests are also welcome to use the laundry facilities at their convenience.
Maid service is included in each of our Packages and is available at an additional charge for longer stays.
