The Saltaire sleeps up to 14 guests in finely appointed guest suites, each with an en suite bath. The house features an elevator for ease of access to all levels, with two floors of living space and plenty of outdoor space, including a saltwater Pool, for families to truly spread out and enjoy their Outer Banks vacation.
The property is ideal for luxury family vacations and weekly rentals that include celebration events or reunions, and also offers personal chef service upon request. The house sits on the corner of Duck Road - within easy walking to distance to the heart of downtown Duck, North Carolina - and Marlin Drive, a shaded private road that ends in a cul-de-sac with private beach access. Water sports, golf, world-class dining, homemade ice cream and unique shopping opportunities wait just outside the door.

Rates indicate use of The Saltaire entire property, consisting of the entire house, bedrooms with accommodation for up to 14 persons, stocked with linens and towels, saltwater Pool and grounds.
All rentals are subject to NC Sales Tax of 6.75% and
Dare Co. Occupancy Tax of 5% for a total tax rate of 11.75%

- Single Day Rental Rate of $1,700
per day plus taxes to provide the opportunity for accommodation on
either end of a Long Weekend Rental when needed, with check-in on
Wednesday at 4 p.m. or check-out on Tuesday at 10 a.m.
- Weekly Rental Rate of $9,500 plus taxes with check-in on Wednesday at 4 p.m. and check-out the following Wednesday at 10 a.m.
- Long Weekend Rental Rate of $5,500 plus taxes for a four-day minimum rental period with check-in on Thursday at 4 p.m. and check-out on Monday at 10 a.m.
- (Optional) Maid Service Rate of $250 per day includes taxes, but does not apply to cleaning of the kitchen
- (Optional) Small Event Fee of $450 for events with more than 14 guests, for events where food and drink will be served such as wedding events, family reunions, birthday parties, showers or anniversary dinners during a rental of The Saltaire House.
- (Optional) Large Event Fee of $3,000 including taxes is charged when food and drink will be served for at least 50 and up to 125 guests. Fee includes tables, chairs and place settings (dinnerware, glassware and silverware), plus clean up after the event.
